Lead Counsel Otiende Amolloh has described Chiloba’s decision to take three weeks leave from IEBC as a decoy that will not hoodwink NASA coalition.

He added that as it is, the rigging for the October 26 repeat presidential elections had been set in place.

Amolloh used his twitter account to make the allegations.

Ezra Chiloba three weeks leave is a Decoy, Rigging systems are already in places, please we will not be hoodwinked

Kenyans woke up on Friady October 20, to the news of IEBC CEO, Ezra Chiloba, taking three weeks leave to be away from the commission during the repeat presidential polls.

Earlier this week, Commissioner Roslyne Akombe resigned from the commission siting the body’s inability to carry out a free, fair and credible election on October 26.

IEBC chairman Wafula Chebuakati, retariated Akombe’s stand, stating that the commission is divided on several issues and could not guarantee a credible election.

He had asked employees at IEBC implicated by the Supreme Court on election fraud to step aside to pave way for a fresh election.

Kenyans have, however, received Chiloba’s leave notice with mixed reactions citing foul play.
