Kenneth: I will support whoever wins in a free and fair nomination exercise
Jubilee Party gubernatorial hopeful Peter Kenneth has said that he is ready to support whoever wins the Wednesday party primaries ‘only if the exercise is free and fair’.
His sentiments came even as speculation is rife over a possible Sonko and Kenneth consensus over who to fly the Jubilee party ticket in Nairobi.
During a live TV interview Kenneth said that he has an elaborate agenda for Nairobi County for the next 10 years and had no intention of rocking the ‘jubilee power’ boat that has already taken off.
The former Gatanga legislature said that,if elected,he will transform Nairobi from what he termed as a ‘city of garbage’ under the leadership of the incumbent governor Evans Kidero.
In a peculiar turn of events the party election board postponed the Nairobi County primaries without indicating reasons for the cancellation.
