Muthama Distances himself from Kavindu
Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama has refuted any association with Machakos Women Representative aspirant Agnes Kavindu.
In a press conference, Muthama insisted that his marriage to the Jubilee nominee ended back in 1983 after a successful divorce. He, therefore, wants nothing to do with Kavindu, who he says is being used by Jubilee to embarrass him politically.
“I very much want to talk about that woman. She is not my wife. We parted ways in 1983 in court,” he said.
In regard to politics, Muthama said he is not ready to defend the seat if Alfred Mutua and Wavinya Ndeti are the only aspirants.
