Caspal’s family has not yet buried the deceased after losing his wife and kids in a car accident in March, the court was informed .The hearing was scheduled for this week, but Caspal , through his attorneys, requested that the court grant him time to leave the office and informed the court that he would not be able to attend today’s sessions.
